ATHLETE PLACEMENT

Get ready for some awesome team action! Our teams are not co-ed, so your athlete will be placed on either a boys’ or girls’ team based on Gender. Practices happen twice a week, with each session lasting two hours—plenty of time to hone those skills! We’ll lock in the schedule and location once our coaches are confirmed and the team is fully formed. To make sure your athlete lands on the perfect squad, we consider factors like location convenience, skill levels, gym availability, and any team waitlists. Once everything’s set, we’ll share all the exciting details through our team’s communication platform. Let’s get your athlete ready to shine!

SCHEDULE CONCIDERATIONS

The league schedule, will be determined only after all teams are finalized. We ask for your patience, as scheduling multiple teams involves many factors, including balancing costs, accommodating players’ skill levels, and managing time conflicts, coaches schedule, gym availbility, and other factors. Due to church functions on Sundays, we carefully plan practice days to avoid additional facility costs, ensuring no extra days are added. Final schedules will be shared via our team’s communication platform once confirmed.

TESTIMONIALS

Owen, Age 18-William Jessup University Volleyball Full Ride Scholarship

When I think of someone who does God's work here on Earth, I think of my coach. Thinking of my player and personal life development, my coach has taught me respect, hard work, and everything I do to ensure a life of integrity.

Andrew, Alumni Age 24-William Jessup University Volleyball

My Coach has taught me so much about having a passion for sports and developing strong character as an athlete. My time at West Coast Impact will always be an inspiration to me.

Tim Tran, Coach

WCIAL is a league that gives our family another touch point in helping to shape and mold our kids to compete with integrity and honesty. The league’s environment gives our kids an opportunity to make mistakes and opportunities to grow from them. This, in turn, translates to them being more confident in who they are in Christ and the positive impact that they can make in their circle of influence and community.

Logan, Alumni Age 20-William Jessup University Volleyball

WCIAL brought me lifelong friends and mentorship. It provided a loving community that pushed me to be a better person and athlete. I learned to be a leader on and off the court and enjoyed every moment there.

Levi, Graduate Age 18 William Jessup University Volleyball

In 2020, I played sports for the first time through the West Coast Impact Athletic League. I ended my WCIAL career in the fall of 2024 with multiple college scholarship offers. From the first time I stepped foot on the court, I had a coach beside me, no matter my skill level. This led me to play D2 collegiate volleyball after finishing five of my most life-changing years at WCIAL. Words cannot describe how much of a blessing these incredible five years have been.
