Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

2026 Volleyball Camp

No Refund Policy REFUNDS ARE NOT GRANTED. This policy is due to our partnerships with non-profit organizations, gym facilities, and vendors, which restrict our ability to offer refunds. Additionally, spots are limited and filled on a first-come, first-served basis. By registering, you are taking a spot that would otherwise go to another player. For added protection, we recommend that customers consider purchasing Registration Insurance. Please note that we are not affiliated with the insurance provider and cannot intervene in or mediate any disputes or claims related to the insurance coverage.

Western National VB Tournament

A 50% refund will be granted before June 1, 2026. NO Refund After June 1, 2026. Unfortunately WCI cannot grant refunds after June 1,2026. This policy is due to our partnerships with non-profit organizations, gym facilities, and vendors, which restrict our ability to offer refunds.
