Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

Volleyball

No Refund Policy Refunds are not granted. This policy is due to our partnerships with non-profit organizations, gym facilities, and vendors, which restrict our ability to offer refunds. For added protection, we recommend that customers consider purchasing Registration Insurance. Please note that we are not affiliated with the insurance provider and cannot intervene in or mediate any disputes or claims related to the insurance coverage.

Basketball

NO REFUND POLICY No refunds will be issued for voluntary withdrawal from the program. However, a full refund of registration fees will be provided if the organization is unable to place your child on a team due to insufficient registration numbers. In all other cases, registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Refunds are not granted.
